Subject: RECALL!!!!!

Dear Valued Customer,

Due to an extremely high rate of returns, we have temporarily discontinued shipping ANY products with Gen. 1 Blue LED Diodes.

Products affected by this recall are:

48D 66D 66HW

Again, only items involving BLUE. This situation is due to a recall by the manufacturer of the diodes themselves, not by Axixtech.

After discussions with Axixtech, we have decided that this is the best action to take to avoid any further complications/problems.

IF AND WHEN THE SITUATION OF A RETURN BY YOUR CUSTOMER HAPPENS, PLEASE INFORM THEM OF THIS ISSUE, AND OFFER THEM A REFUND.

ONCE THIS IS DONE, CONTACT US, AND WE WILL ISSUE A CREDIT. THIS IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM THAT WE WANT TO MAKE SURE IS 100% RESOLVED BEFORE PUTTING ANY MORE INTO THE MARKET.
